Why is it important to balance pH levels in a pool or hot tub?

Measuring and maintaining the correct balance of chemicals in a pool ensures a safe and healthy swimming experience and environment. From testing and adjusting alkalinity to measuring calcium hardness, our selection of pH balancers and swimming pool stabilizers is needed to avoid any unwanted bacteria’s or other issues with your pool.

How to keep pH levels balanced and stabilized in a pool or hot tub?

The ideal pH level for a balanced pool typically ranges from 7.4-7.6. We have a selection of pH water treatments and reducers to help you stabilize your pool or hot tub and reach the desired level of balance.

How to balance new pool water after refilling?

There are a few steps you should take after refilling your pool with new water. Firstly, you may want to add an anti-scaling or anti-stain product as it will help keep your pool looking crystal clear and clean. Then you will need to adjust the pH level and adjust the total alkalinity. The alkalinity level should generally be between 80 and 120 ppm, we carry various alkaline boosters and other treatments to help you achieve the correct levels. Next would be to sanitize the water once the pH level is correct and adjust the water hardness and finally add pool algaecides.
