What equipment do I need for boxing or martial arts training?

Choosing the right training equipment for boxing and martial arts depends on whether you are training alone or with a partner. Solo training will require a heavy punching bag, bag gloves, hand wraps and skipping rope. When training with a partner, you will need some different gear, including proper sparring gloves, mouthguard, head protector and chest protector.
