What are some different rope and chain accessories?

The most common chain and rope accessories are hooks, pulleys, clamps, and snaps. There are also other accessories like cleats, shackles, tighteners, rings, sleeves, and thimbles.

How are these different accessories used?

Hooks are used to attach ropes and chains to objects that need to be moved and pulleys make it easier to lift attached items. Snaps are very useful for quickly attaching and detaching objects, and clamps are perfect for securing ropes and chains more permanently.
