You will need some essential chainsaw parts and accessories to get the most out of your tool and to keep it in good working shape.

Chainsaw oil: This helps lubricate the chainsaw’s chain and bar, and you will need to refill it regularly.

Replacement chains and bars: The chain is the cutting part of the chainsaw, and the bar is the metal guide that supports the chain. Regularly replace these parts as they experience frequent wear and tear.

How do you maintain a chainsaw?

Unlike other basic hand-operated tools, each chainsaw part needs regular care to maintain its performance. The chain should also be sharpened and lubricated routinely to prevent wear and tear. Lastly, remember to store your chainsaw in a dry and secure location, preferably in a chainsaw case, to protect it from damage.
