There’s no rule about how often you should give your dog biscuits as long as snacks and treats outside their regular meals make up less than 10% of their calories in a given day.

Are dog snacks better than dog treats, and what's the difference?

Dog snacks tend to be smaller, bite-sized treats that are often formulated to provide a specific health benefit, such as promoting dental health or joint function. They often contain ingredients like fruits, grains, or vegetables that help supplement a balanced diet. On the other hand, dog treats are usually given as occasional rewards or special indulgences as they often contain higher levels of fat or flavourings that make them more appealing to dogs.
