Q: Can you use this in hot tubs?

    • A: Hi, we don't recommend to use granular chlorine in a spa. If not fully dissolve it could damage the acrylic and it does increase the pH very quickly, which will make you water balance difficult. Thank you

Q: Hi just curious what the PH level of this product is?

    2 Answers
    • A: Canadian Tire should have the MSDS (material safety data sheet) for this product available through customer service; it will have the specific pH. GENERALLY stabilized chlorines have a low pH (below 6.8)

Q: How soon after adding to your pool can you swim?

    2 Answers
    • A: Hi, we recommend to wait minimum 12 hours after adding the Stabilized Chlorine granules to the pool. The best time to add any chlorine or shock to a pool is in the evening or at night. You will get the best performance out of your chlorine and the next day it will be ready for swim. Thank you
