A: Yes..they can be used in salt water pools...it does not matter how the chlorine is injected into the pool water...

Q: How long should it take for the puck to dissolve? I have had 2 pucks in my dispenser for almost a week and they don’t seem to be dissolving is that normal?

A: Some pucks can take a little longer to dissolve. As long as your FC and TC are in the zone, you are good to go. If you're getting drop off, open up your dispenser a little more. If that doesn't work, break the pucks into quarters to provide more surface area to dissolve.

A: Hi, if you are using the chlorine puck as your main sanitizer you, liquid chlorine could only be used for shocking your pool on a weekly basis or if needed when the temperature is very warm, or after heavy rains, or if the pool usage is higher than normal. Thank you
