What is a commercial battery?

Commercial batteries are heavy-duty batteries that will keep heavy machinery and vehicles such as trucks, tractors, buses, trailers and more running stronger and longer. They are designed to provide dependable power and longevity for heavy-duty applications and intense operating conditions.

How long do commercial batteries last?

Generally, commercial batteries can last up to three to five years. Your battery’s lifespan will depend on driving habits, the weather conditions you operate in and most importantly, maintenance.

What kind of battery does a semi-truck use?

Typically, AGM batteries are used in semi-trucks because they perform well in extreme weather conditions, have a longer shelf life, reduced maintenance and have great vibration protection.
