We put this pool up a few weeks ago and are really pleased with it. My husband and I both feel it is a mini version of a professional above ground pool. The quality is excellent. The walls are extremely stable and the steel framing on the edging is better than professionally installed above grounds that I've seen. The sand filter keeps the pool really clean and is super easy to use. I will say that it took us way longer to set up than anticipated, but it was all new to us. Also, just a tip for others, we read online to use rigid Styrofoam for bottom of the floor of the pool (under the liner) and so we bought 1" rigid foam that they use to insulate houses and are so glad we did. The bottom of the pool feels amazing on our feet. Only negative I can say is that I don't love the ladder. It does the job, but we bought steps for the pool instead-also so our dog can get in and out better. Also, we were new to the whole pool thing and mistakenly installed the pump and filters on a side that faces all of our sitting area and so that was a mistake. But we are very pleased with the purchase and feel like it was worth every penny. 12 feet isn't all that big, it's really just good enough for my husband, 13 year old and I to get in and cool off. Or my son and couple of friends. Serves our purpose well.

BEST POOL IVE EVER OWNED

I bought this pool and had my team and i build/put together the pool. It was put together in 25-30 minutes with 3 professionals putting it together. Once we put the water in and let it sit so it would be warm, we went for a swim and this pool was one of our greatest pools that we have ever reviewed and tried. I love this pool and would buy this again. I recommend this pool for anyone who is looking to buy a pool!! So happy with it!!!

Firstly I would like to thank Canadian tire customer service for contacting Bestway in regards to my issue with the liner.
I wrote a revue back in June and have since had a refund for the liner I had to buy. I am happy with the pool in every way. This summer it has been used almost every day due to the heat. I would like to see some way of installing a heater in the near future, so as to extend the season. Other than my issue in my last review I have no negative comments to say about this pool.

Bought this pool June 13th, 14th put together only to find the liner doesn't fit. Contacted Bestway and sent them everything they asked by email. Have contacted there customer service 3 times now and still no new liner. Got a call June 30th to tell me not in stock. July6th now and still waiting. Went out and bought a liner elsewhere. Customer service is terrible.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: ...you siphon drain it with a hose. that's how most of the larger pools are done.

Q: Can it be left up in the winter? One place it says you shouldn't leave it up and another place gives directions on how to winterize it.

A: ...we plan on doing just this for a winter in NL. Winterizing directions are in the manual. I guess we'll find out next spring.

Q: I set up the pool filter and performed the backwash but the filter pressure is still too high. It’s not due to dirt as the pool is brand new and only filled with tap water. Pressure is at 9.5 psi. Will it do any harm to run the filter at this pressure?

Q: It states in Manuel you can leave pool up during winter Canadian tire answered that it is recommended to take it down during the winter. Why Why say get a winterizing kit if it's not recommended to leave it up during winter

A: Thank you for your interest in the Hydro-Force Poseidon Pool set. You can leave it up in the winter as per the manual. It is the non-steel wall pools that need to come down. Please follow the instructions in the manual for winterization.

Q: Does it need t be plug in all the time. Can i plug it in when i get to my place only on weekends? I am putting it at my summer land that only has generator power when i am there. I would have to unplug it and leave it between weekends.

A: The intent on the pool filter is to run 8 hours a day 7 days a week to circulate the water. Leaving the pool filter off for 5 days in between weekends will do no harm to the pool or the filter. However, your question is more about the quality of your water with 5 days of non circulation. Therefore we suggest you direct your query to the pool chemical product and they will be able to help answer your question.

A: Sorry we missed a question. All steel will rust eventually, however, the Chlorinator will not accelerate nor decrease the natural process.
