No PowerLoad function?

Trimmer Power Load does not work; bought brand new and first time I tried to get new string loaded pushed the button and nothing happened. I took battery off trimmer and loaded it again to see if that fixed it and that did not help either. I had to hand crank the line into the head. No good for my first attachment add to my multi-head tool.

As stated in the tools owners manual and product page, the Powerload feature is only available when in use with a PH1420 Power Head! If you are using a PH1400, it will not be able to operate this function.
