Feeling Good Heading Into Winter

Bought these as a replacement set for older Bridgestone tires which had held up remarkably well. I could have purchased less expensive tires, but I'm looking for safety in the winter. The new tires have shown good grip in slippery conditions and I expect they will last for many kilometers. With a full winter ahead, I will revisit my review in the spring.

Disappointing curbside pickup experience

The tires themselves are excellent, but the curbside pickup experience was disappointing. I picked up my order at the 2165 Carling Ave location in Ottawa. Order #: 0000142043191 Pick-Up Code: 2063 The young lady who brought out the tires handled them carelessly. She placed the tires on the ground while I was preparing the trunk, and one of them slid and almost hit the side of my car. She then attempted to load a tire into my trunk, pushing it with force, which scratched the white interior ceiling and left a rubber stain. At that point, I asked her to stop assisting me.
