What do plant support and protection products do?

Support and protection products for shrubs, trees, flowers, and more, serve to help them thrive and grow, as well as keep them safe from animals and the elements. While certain fabrics shield your plants from pests and poor weather, support structures like trellises and arbours help climbing plants and flowering vines grow and can create a beautiful, decorative focal point in your garden.

How do you support and protect plants, trees, and shrubs?

You can support and protect your plants by using protection products such as twist ties, tree rings, garden nets, fencing, guards, and more to hold them up, protect them against harsh weather conditions, and help them thrive. While twist ties would help with bundling and fastening, garden nets create a barrier for protection. It all depends on what type of plants you have and the type of support or protection you need.

How to protect my plants from weather and critters?

Several products are made for plant protection. For example, bird netting can protect your crops from birds and small animals, while burlap acts as a barrier for your shrubs and trees against freezing rain, wind damage, and heavy snowfall.

Additional information for residents of Quebec only: The regular annual rate for persons applying for the Triangle Mastercard and the Triangle World Elite Mastercard is 21.99% for cash transactions and related fees and 21.99% for all other charges. The minimum payment is the sum of (a) the greater of: (i) interest and fees shown on your statement + $10; or (ii) 5% of the New Balance, excluding amounts on special payment plans, (b) any balance over your credit limit, (c) any amounts past due not included in (b) above, and (d) the amount of any equal payments plan instalments then due.
