Great Price good Beginner skates

Can't beat that price but make no mistake, these are beginner's skates. They are very sturdy but also very stiff. Pros : Cheap but well made, will provide ample ankle support for beginners, hard toe to protect against pucks. Wide fit for people that have wide feet. Blades seem well anchored to boot. Cons: Very rigid boot(may cause blisters until worked in). Comfortability will depend on the type of foot you have. Stiffness of the boot may affect mobility for intermediate or advanced skaters. (But let's be real, advanced skaters shouldn't be buying 70$ skates).

Q: Does the senior size 9 here correspond to the female or male size on the sizing chart. Specifically, if I am a 40 European size, does that mean for this product I should get a senior size 7 or 9?

A: US 8 men’s size/Ladies size 9.5 = 40.5 EU size US 7 men’s size/Ladies size 8.5 = 39.5 EU size The sizing on the skate is men’s size. If you are a female refer to my sizing chart above. However EU size 40 would be US men’s 7 and US ladies 9.5. I’m a ladies size 9.5 to 10 and I can wear a men’s size 8 but 9 is more comfortable; depending if you have a wide foot or not. I hope this answers your question.

Q: Can these skates be molded? They pinch and hurt my feet so badly

A: They can be heated, but don't have moulding foams in the product. If they are hurting your feet it is likely the wrong size or width.
