Great vacuum. Light easy to use. The automatic mode maximizes run time and with two battery’s I can easily vacuum my whole house. The wall mount is great to have a spot to store your vacuum out of the way, hold all the attachments and charge up your vacuum.

A: The S12 EX model comes with a charging dock that has space to store and charge the second battery. The first needs to charge in the main body while in the charging dock.

A: The S12 EX works great on pet hair! Plenty of suction and a direct-drive brush easily picks up short and long hairs. This model also comes with a hair cleaning tool to easily cut hair that is wrapped around the brush roller.
