Ensure that you’re placing the toilet paper holder in a place where everyone is able to reach it while seated on the toilet. Consider mounting the toilet paper holder to a wall or a sink with a cabinet-style base beside the toilet. If you’re unable to permanently install a toilet paper holder on the wall, opt for a free-standing design and place it beside the toilet.
