Very poor design

Do not believe the 5 star reviews, these are people that have probably had this product a matter of weeks. I have had these for 4 years and as time passes the arms that hold the towel droop since it is only achored on 1 side. Kraus should be embarrased by this product. I have had to tighten and straighten the arm so many times it is ridiculous.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I like the toilet paper holder. It's low profile and sleek. I think I used the wrong drill bit to install it. I'm not that handy. It's wobbly right now and pivots downward when I get to off of it. What size drill bit should I use?
