Terrible design. The holder just comes out the base. Impossible to screw it in. Put in by my builder. DO NOT BUY

Poor design

These toilet paper holders were installed by my builder. They are very pretty but LOW Quality. All of them have come out and it’s impossible to screw them back in based on how they are on the wall. DO NOT BUY!!!

Not made by Moen standards

Six months ago I had three bathrooms remodeled. I purchased three sets of the Eva toilet paper holders and three sets of the Eva towel rings in brushed nickel. Almost from the start I noticed that the bars for the paper and the towel get loose and wobble! They are very flimsy! The Eva bath line is very attractive, but I need a resolution for these defective products please.
