Not made by Moen standards

Six months ago I had three bathrooms remodeled. I purchased three sets of the Eva toilet paper holders and three sets of the Eva towel rings in brushed nickel. Almost from the start I noticed that the bars for the paper and the towel get loose and wobble! They are very flimsy! The Eva bath line is very attractive, but I need a resolution for these defective products please.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Flawed engineering ands design

I seem to be experiencing the same problem as everyone else. The piece that holds the toilet paper roll does not stay in the unit. I’ve had to tighten several times, but now the little screw seems to have completely fall out and is missing. Clearly, this is a design flaw.
Has anyone tried putting Loctite in the threads? Also, does anyone know what size of screw it is so that I can find a way to make this thing work? It looks great, but it’s not very functional when the piece that holds the toilet paper roll keeps falling out.

Faulty Product

We own 3 of these and we DO NOT recommend! The arm on the toilet paper holder falls out on all three of them and has been doing so for months. Is the arm missing a screw that holds it in place? It is very annoying to have the arm constantly fall out and crash to the floor. We cannot not find a solution that fixes the problem short of replacing all three devices. Any insight or help would be greatly appreciated.

The Eva chrome toilet paper holder was easy to install, but be careful to use a level to make sure that the bracket is pointing straight downward.
