Good picture, terrible sound

A decent quality value-priced LED TV (note that the photo on the Canadian Tire website is incorrect and shows a different model.)
I had never heard of the Seiki brand before, but did some research online and found generally positive reviews. The TV was easy set up, and the picture quality is good. My main complaint is the sound quality which is, frankly, terrible. The sound is tinny, with no bass whatsoever. The TV does have plenty of audio connection options (including optical output), so easy enough to hook up to a home audio system or external speakers.

Great Purchase

Absolutely love my purchase of this 32" Seiki HDTV. Just hooked up the HDMI cord, plugged it in and voila...great picture and sound. Perfect for my bedroom. Also have a 40" in my living and love it so purchased the 32" for bedroom. Had never heard of "Seiki" brand before purchasing the 40". No regrets. Great brand. Great TV. Thanks Seiki!!

I owned a Element electronics and had a drop over the stand experiencing, by the fall cracked the front glass and had to find a replacement, unfortunately with out end. Looking on line I came across this SEIKI and it is as equal by comparison. Very pleased to say everything went well picture perfect sound excellent, a great price would recommend anyone looking for a great buy this is one.

I found the picture to be excellant
on this tv. The sound not so much. But almost every new tv you buy these days has just adequate sound.
I just hooked up an old pair of computer speakers and problem solved.
This tv is great for watching regular cable or DVD's. Or as a computer monitor.
Haven't tried anything else.
