Difficulty closing lid

Makes fabulous coffee although it is very difficult to close the lid. It is definitely not as well made as our last nespresso machine.

Don't waste your money

Purchased at the end of 2023 and died this morning. Nespresso's fix was a coupon for another garbage machine. Barely 2 years out of something used 2 times a day. Piece of junk.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Dissapointing.

My mother bought this machine, it's way too noisy, sounds like a loud engine, the spout leaks water when not in use, the crema is not always consistent, the coffee is not warm enough, what's with all the nespresso models, it is so confusing, i am not surprised the number of returns they get. The boxes are opened and unsealed and you don't know if you getting a refurbished. You have to do hours of research if you makimg the right choice and you might get a lemon or a refurbish and you might not get a refund or exchange in store. Bad experience. A coffee machine should be working and 1 consistent reliable model. Not a dozen junks.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I’ve been using this product for about two weeks when the problem started: roughly one out of every two or three capsules doesn’t brew properly. Instead of dispensing coffee into the cup, it leaks inside the machine. It doesn’t happen every time, so I cleaned it and kept using it for about two months, but the issue continued.
Yesterday I called the service center. They asked me to record a video showing the cleaning process and sent me a link. After cleaning, I checked for water leakage — of course there was none, because the malfunction only happens when a capsule is inserted and the coffee flows inside the machine.
This morning the very first capsule leaked inside again. Cleaning the spilled coffee is very time-consuming because it spreads throughout the internal parts.
Despite this being a machine defect, the exchange process is complicated and inconvenient, and I have wasted many capsules.
