Total of 6 plugs, three in main connector and then three on the extension. Worked great on a long road trip to power multiple devices from the 12V cigarette lighter port. The extension is great since you can clip it behind a seat and give access to others in back of vehicle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little charger! It has plenty of ports to use with all kinds of devices, and the cable length makes it so whether you have it in the car or on a portable power station, it's viable to use. It's not cheap barely-there plastic, it has some weight and feels sturdy to hold and use. Overall, a great find!
