Very poor quality

Hand washed out of package, they looked pristine. Next time we tested in dishwasher and they rusted! These are not 18/10 so they are of poor quality and very expensive, I have chosen to go with a stokes brand with 5 year warranty!

I bought this set on sale after examining to ensure that it has some weight and substance. What could go wrong? A fair bit, as it happens. The handles are uncomfortable and very difficult to hold if you apply pressure, eg to carve off a bite of pie with the edge of a fork. The soup spoon is shaped in such a way that the edges bite into your lips. Did anyone actually test this design?

Q: What is the nickel makeup of this set (142-1469-2)? The site says it is 18/10, but product says 18/0. I just looked on the site and watched the video, and it says 18/0 in your video (51 seconds vid) on the flatware sets.
