She is small but mighty. Very handy to clean small messes but be careful when it comes time to empty out the waste side. The first time I took the cannister off it nearly splattered on me so be very careful and you will be fine.

Poor Product and Service

Plugged it in and it started to smoke. Returned it and had to speak to a manager to ask for my money back and the gave me a Refund Card. Not happy with product or service.

May only work for stains that are very recent?

I bought this hoping to clean up 2 very small areas (about 2.5 sq ft total) soiled from traffic. It made no improvement whatsoever in the appearance of the carpet, despite the fact it is supposed to work on carpets. Maybe only works for stains that are very recent?

Q: Why does Canadian Tire still support the Bissel Little Green pro heat pet ? The hoses break at the joint of the hand piece and at the machine in no time with little use . It did clean well , small portable but faulty hose.

A: Ours just broke also. We've had it for about 2 years and while it cleans well, the hard brittle plastic is not durable. A different design so that replacements parts can be bought would be beneficial to the consumer. Now we are forced to buy a new one, but maybe thats their plan? I will be looking at alternative for sure.
