Not just to for hanging closet standards on!

Wanting to get more life out of our plastic snow shovel I was looking for something to reinforce and the eroding edge of the scoop. One of these rails worked like a hot darn! Just cut the rail to the necessary length (a little narrower than the width of the shovel) and rivet it onto the top, ensuring that the dropped part of the rail hangs down over the edge and the smooth side of the rivets is up. Keep in mind that there needs to be some flat structure left on the shovel before considering adding the rail edge and you need to pre-drill through the plastic for the rivets. Two extra winters of daily use so far and still as good as new!

Q: Compatible with Product #68-2878-0? If I buy the hooks, will this hang rail fit on one shoe support shelf or should I place two shelves beside each other then place this rail underneath?
