Spray wand only in spray mode

I bought this unit 3 years ago (registered online 05/28/23). The spray wand has been acting up from the beginning but now it cannot stay in Stream mode but immediately springs to Spray mode with high spray, which is extremely annoying. I had bought Moen before but looks like everything else, the quality goes down. Definitely would not recommend this product.

Nice design, were to get a matching soap dispenser

Hello, I just installed my new MOEN kitchen faucet, was disappointed for the price it had no written instructions to keep with my records, fortunately I found them online and printed, yes their is a code that you can use your phone for, but old school I like ready to read instruction to keep for my records if I ever need parts. I have looked everywhere for a matching soap dispenser to cover the hole were there used to be a sprayer, can I buy from you? They don't seem to sell them separately and my wife wanted this faucet need soap dispenser please? It is a nickel finish but I think you call it chrome, any help please?

A: Hello Dan L and thank you for your interest in the Moen Adler Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet, Stainless Steel. Zinc is present in the underlying layer beneath chromium as part of the standard manufacturing process of some components but would not result in dermal contact during use. There is possible contact of water with zinc element in faucets. Also, brass is a mixture of copper and zinc, so water running through brass components in the waterway will be exposed to zinc. All Moen kitchen and lavatory faucets are Third Party Certified by IAPMO to the standard NSF/ANSI/CAN 61, Drinking Water System Components-Health Effects. Products are required to meet this standard per the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). Standard NSF/ANSI/CAN 61, Section 9 establishes health and safety criteria for materials that come in contact with drinking water. NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 regulates the amount of zinc in the water as well as other metals. For pre-purchase, installation and warranty assistance, please feel free to call us at 800-289-6636.
