We used this unit 2x since purchase. It runs great, we made three different foods at one time, and ate together, rather then one having to wait. The only thing I can complain about, I with the baking try was slightly bigger, we did not get a grilling try in our box, even though it implies its included. Then bottom section is a tight fit to clean, but do able, and it your using the top and bottom at once the bottom takes a bit longer to crisp. I haven't tried the sync function yet. I baked small batch cookies, and pizza in the top section, and chicken fillets and wedges in the bottom And last night individual meat pies, in the top and wedges in the bottom. Food was ready within seconds of each other. The outside does get hot, so no storing items on top or neat the vents. Overall a great appliance! Great for dorm rooms, cottage, and homes with busy families. Its just myself and my wife (shes writing the review) so during the week we make quick easy meals.. This is very handy

Even better than the original

I know people who had dual air fryers and said they were complicated. This one is so easy I love it. I loved my original Power XL but I wore off the settings so I figured for the sale price I can’t lose. This dual one will hold a much larger pizza! Perfect now we can do pizza in this instead of the oven. Yay.
