Badly designed toaster

This was not a cheap toaster but I had to return it after a few uses. 1. if you press the handle down without holding the other end of the toaster the materials are so light the whole toaster tips slightly. 2. From the first use, the handle would only stay down after three or four pushes. 3. The crumb tray is only accessible from underneath not from the side. I have never needed to return a toaster before so hadn’t kept the box. Not happy that Canadian Tire would not credit my card when the push-down mechanism was defective and only gave a store credit. They said it was because it had been used but you don’t find defects unless you use appliances. I won’t be back.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good wee toaster

Works beautifully. Toast is evenly browned. Like the lift feature. Haven’t tried the bagel setting yet. Very light weight. Hoping it will last.
