Previously owned a Black & Decker griddle and really liked it. This one is less sturdy and everything drains toward the sides. No good for my omelette making since the egg mixture immediately drains into the drip tray. Better suited for bacon or meats that need to drain the fat away.

Q: Does gruddle need to be oiled when making pancakes? I've learned from experience once you add oil to nonstick it becomes sticky and impossible to clean off.

A: I use only butter , and it’s really easy to clean it, nothing sticks on it …. You have to wait your unity to cool down before you clean it with dishes soap, unless you will damage it!
