The wood is cut into good size pieces that fit perfectly into my fireplace. The price is fair for what you get. Unfortunately, the burn quality (easy lighting, good flame) is only about a 6.5/10.

A: Yes, I use it all the time. It's hardwood, which is what's recommended for wood burning ovens. Ideally, you'd buy a nice premium maple, but these bags are very economical and everything burns clean. The only ash I get is from the kindling, and even that is very tame.
