Absolutely love our new machine. . . works great and looks great too. . . My only disappointment with the entire situation is Not knowing that the glass bottles that I purchased did not fit the machine. I purchased. I kind of felt like there should have been an alert in the purchasing process that stated. These do not fit the machine that you purchased. And I am doubtful that it is cost effective in today's market to send back the bottles como, shipping anything these days is ridiculous.

Q: I purchased a Soda Stream Art after my current sodastream died. Can I trade in the cannisters from the old machine as they don't fit the new version.

A: Our retailer partners should exchange an empty blue screw cylinder for a full pink quick connect cylinder at the typical exchange price. If you have full, sealed blue cylinders, it is up to the retailers discretion to exchange for full, sealed pink cylinders at no extra cost.
