Poor suction

I don’t have a pet só I’m not sure this is a product exclusively designed for pet hair. The reality is that the suction is very very poor. The green light shows all the dust and imperfections of you flooring it’s amazing. The sad part is that after running the vacuum over the same spot 3 times you still see dust left behind. I also made the mistake to buy the smallest version of stock vacuum of this brand. Don’t get me wrong, I paid $100 plus taxes so I didn’t expect much of it and you get what you paid for, it’s terrible but feels like the suction power is bigger than this one. Please don’t bother.

I bought this vacuum a month ago to replace an old Tineco T1 that I purchased years ago. I’ve been buying Tineco for a while now for different levels in the house and for our cottage. I’ve never been disappointed. This new Tineco GO Station seems to work as efficiently as the T1’s and T2’s that I also own. The “station” itself does occupy a lot of space, but I knew that and it works for the location I have for it. I really like the auto empty feature. When it has a full charge I can vacuum all the LVP on the eco setting as well as 3 bedrooms of carpet on the max setting and still have power leftover. It seems to pick up everything. I give it 4 stars because 2 times I used it, the battery lost its charge within 10 minutes of use. I’m hoping that’s because I didn’t have it sitting in the docking station properly. Time will tell.

Horrible Suction, Auto Empty Stopped Working

I've had this vacuum for one month. The suction is terrible. It simply does not pick up the debris from the floor. We have mostly wood floors and one big wool rug. Both are still dirty after I vacuum. The automatic empty feature has already stopped working- the door to the canister gets stuck. I've cleaned it out completely, and it still sticks. The yellow light is cool, it really does show you everything on your floors, but it just makes it more disappointing that the unit doesn't pick it up! The battery dies before I can finish 1000 sq feet and the first two settings of suction are completely useless- you need to have it on high all the time. I would've had returned this after a couple of weeks of buying it, but Tineco only accept returns for unused products! Buyer beware.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought it a week ago and used it a couple of times to try it out on different surfaces (low pile carpet, shag carpet annd hardwood floors) and so far so good. I’m enjoying the convenience of the docking system and am surprised by the suction strength of the vacuum. It’s a great buy. I recommend it.
