I bought the BH53640 and the brush(clean) is making noise and stop all the tire. Worst vacuum i have ever had in my live.

Great until the hose cracks

I bought this product (2 of them) and both of them have cracked hoses at the base by the brush. I purchased them In October of 2025 and both of them are garbage as of 2026. Hoover also is out of stock for the correct replacement parts. The vacuum was great until this problem.

Short life span.

Have same problems many of the others indicated. After a year it’s garbage. Only thing still working is the batteries but since they don’t fit anything else, that’s a trip to city garbage depot given it’s an electronic device.
