Not great on carpet

I’ve had this Dyson for about 3 months, it’s excellent on our tiled and wooden floors but not so great on carpet, which is what I was hoping for. Also find it quite heavy compared to my old Dyson

Q: I purchased a Dyson V11. worked for a while, loved it. however, the battery ran out we purchased another battery, worked for a while . it no longer works and se cannot figure out why. any ideas?

Q: i bought a dyson v11 vacuum and it worked up to 60 minutes on a full charge.it now will run about 15 minutes.how can i get a new battery on warranty from dyson.this is the second dyson vacuum i have owned and i had good luck with the old one.
