A great vacumn. Alittle expensive but worth it. Light, strong suction, easy to clean. Has 3 sections to choose when using with time showing how battery is doing. Plenty of time to use on 1 battery charge. Great buy

Broken within 2 weeks

Purchased this 2 weeks ago and assembled it and installed the charger to the wall and the 2nd time attaching it to the wall the part that attached to the wall to charge broke in half, so now it is useless to use. I have another Dyson cordless at our primary residence and have had it for 6 years and it is still going strong.

I have a V10 Animal which I’m really enjoying. I bought the V11 to use in the basement part of our home. It has more power than the V10 so it sucks up litter etc with ease.it moves from hardwood, carpet to cement floors with ease picking up all dirt.

Im very happy with this vacuum. I bought an optional fluffy floor attachment for my vinyl plank floors. The only negative is you have to keep your finger on the button while using.

Q: i bought a dyson v11 vacuum and it worked up to 60 minutes on a full charge.it now will run about 15 minutes.how can i get a new battery on warranty from dyson.this is the second dyson vacuum i have owned and i had good luck with the old one.
