Q: Is there a way to dim the clock face? It's very bright at night.

Q: All these buttons "M", "S", "^ up" and " down" of the OttLite do not work.
2 years ago- A: Thank you for your inquiry. The overall troubleshooting tip for a LED lamp is to unplug the proprietary adapter (cord) from the wall outlet (NOT from back of lamp) and remove the button battery from lamp (if applicable) then allow the lamp to sit unplugged/untouched for 30+ minutes in order to see if the internal computer chip will re-set itself. Ottlite does NOT recommend plugging a proprietary LED adapter (cord) into power strips or extension cords unless they are either rated heavy gauge, or the Ottlite proprietary adapter is the only item being plugged into those apparatuses, as this could potentially compromise the proprietary adapter (cord). If the above overall troubleshooting tip + suggestion still does not render buttons operable, please do contact Canadian Tire for either exchange or refund.
