Bought this a couple weeks ago and there must be something wrong with the settings of temperature. Using only warm and cannot keep on back more then 3 or 4 minutes.. can’t imagine what it would be like on high.

Q: I just bough sunbeam heating pad moist and dry with 3 settings today. It heats but the auto off light lamp does not light. does that mean that the auto shut off 2 hour feature isnot working>

A: Thank you for reaching Sunbeam® Brand. This is certainly not the experience we want you to have with your heating pad. No worries, we are here to help! We suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps below: 1. Follow the instructions on the flag tag attached to the control cord to reset control. 2. Check the heating pad for visual damage. 3. If no visual damage is found, unplug the system from wall outlet. 4. Check that the control is well-connected to the module. 5. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet. 6. Set the control to “On”. 7. If the system does not operate after 2 or 3 times trying to reset, disconnect the power cord. Your heating pad has a 5 year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. Have a good day!

A: Good question! Yes, this Sunbeam® Moist & Dry Heating Pad is designed with a 2-hour auto shut-off. If you need to use it continuously, simply turn the unit back on after 2 hours. Please keep in mind that heating pads should not be used while asleep.

A: Thank you for asking! All of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage. We do not recommend using them in different countries due to the difference in voltage. Additionally, doing so will void your warranty. Thank you very much.
