Works great to blend smoothies and soups, also great to VERY quickly chop and mince garlic and ginger. It's good for chopping up harder vegetables like carrots or potatoes, but softer veggies like peppers or onions tend to get liquefied quickly. The cleanup is easy, only a couple of parts you can't put in the dishwasher. A good sturdy, sleek immersion blender.
