Great at first but very disappointing overall

What has happened to you Hoover?
Recieved new as a gift over the summer of 2025. Initially was very impressed with the versatility and ease of use, now 7 months later, the hose split on the floor attachment and vacuum is basically unusable for vacuuming around the house. Very disappointed with Hoover quality control.
No, I do not recommend this product.

the hose inside the headbrush split in half from having the vaccuum stand in upright position and I can't find the sale invoice to get the warranty this is the 3rd hoover cordless vacuum I had over a period of 3 years. They all last about 1 year my next purchase will not be Hoover even if on sale.

The battery for this is really awful
Have had a lot of trouble with holding a charge . Now it will not charge at all
Hoover was one of my go to products. Not anymore

Q: What's the difference between the Onepwr Emerge and the Onepwr Emerge Jumpstart. They are priced differently.

A: The color and accessories will be a few of the difference between the Emerge models. The primary differences in the models is the Jumpstart has a single brushroll nozzle. Other versions of the Emerges can come with a dual brushroll nozzle, extra tools, extra batteries, and/or the type of charger that comes with the model.
