This vacuum is amazing. Picks up better than my Dyson upright. Battery is great as well. I can do upstairs of my 1200 sq foot house and not run out. Love it.

Great stick vacuum. Comes with two batteries which last forever. Can do 1500 sq ft on full power one battery. Only downside is that they don't have quick charge as most lithium ion do, but thats a minor downside. Three speeds, and has lots of power unlike some of the other models we've seen in action. Stands up by itself, very well balanced. Has a good docking wall mount, and is very easy to clean and empty. Hoover is reliable, and parts are easily obtained if needed. Haven't had any issues with this one yet though. Highly recommend!

Q: Hi, bought my vacuum June 9,2024 and the bottom tubing at the base is split wide open so not getting nearly the full suction. Is this covered under warranty and if so can it be returned to the store ?

Q: I purchased this vacuum during Black Friday in 2023, and about three months after purchase, the tube in the floor head tore. I temporarily repaired it with tape, but over time the damage has worsened — it has now split completely and is no longer usable.

Q: What type of filter is it? Is it a hepa filter?
