I bought this iron in the fall and only used it recently and it is terrible. It fell off my ironing board several times because it's so lightweight that it doesn't sit properly when you set it down. The cord also gets in the way when it's set down. I was terrified it was going to fall on one of my pets. I contacted Hamilton Beach about and they didn't care. Buy something else and stay away from this dangerous product.

No, I do not recommend this product.
