Replacement also defective!!

I love this drink system, BUT there is definitely a defect in the machines ability to dispense flavour after a while. We are on our 2nd system (1st was replaced under warranty for the same reason). Even with brand new pods, a clean machine... The system eventually fails and stops dispensing flavour. I'm torn on replacing it yet again because my kids and I love the fact we don't need to fill extra bottles and can just dispense right into a glass, instead of buying pop and juice.
The defect is something that definitely needs to be addressed. Either by extending the warranty period longer, or changing the design.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: Yes you can, you can add your own flavoring to the glass before dispensing. I have added walmart grape, Pepsi Zero and sprize zero flavoring

A: The Ninja WC1001C Thirsti Drink System is designed to work only with Ninja-branded CO₂ cylinders, as third-party cylinders are not guaranteed to be compatible or safe.

Q: Does it cool the water and can you have just plain carbonated water?

A: It doesn't cool the water; however, you can store the water reservoir in the fridge between uses, or you can add ice to the reservoir. Yes, you can make plain carbonated water.
