GARBAGE.
I bought this, used it once after the terrible 14 day exchange policy expired, and it broke on the first use.
Fuse did not blow, don't know what happened. I tried to charge my laptop with it. Now, it won't turn on.
Paid over 50 bucks for this piece of garbage. Sad!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Junk - don’t buy

Used it for 3 days to power a few lights totalling about 60watts of power, then just stopped working. Clearly an issue with this unit from other reviews. Junk, don’t buy it.

Always indicates low battery alarm
Annoying beeping when the car is not running. The battery voltage I measured is around 12V. Instructions say it will beep the low voltage alarm when only below 11V - this is not the case. Sometimes it even starts cutting in and out. Useless product.

Aweful

I purchased this product to recharge and run a laptop from my truck. The fan is loud and it speeds up and slows down as soon as you plug something into it. It also beeps loudly and the power cuts in and out. When I first bought it, it would charge the laptop as long as you don't try and use the laptop during charging. After a while it wouldn't work at all. Remember the return or exchange policy on inverters is only good for 14 days with original receipt. Wasted my money on this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is this any good for boosting a Dodge Ram 2500 deisel?

A: This unit produces modified sinewave at 110Vac. Ie simulated normal house electricity. I think you are looking for a battery booster. This is not it.

Q: Is this a modified or pure sine wave device

2 Answers
A: The 400W unit is a modified sine wave inverter. I doubt if one will be able to get true sine wave inverters in the below 1000W range.

Q: what is the surge rating?
2 Answers
A: The SURGE (STARTING) WATTAGE is the amount of power that a device consumes at startup
for a limited period of time (2–3 seconds). Some devices (e.g. induction motors of air
conditioners and refrigerators) may have a start-up surge of 3 to 7 times the rated wattage.
The RATED (RUNNING) WATTAGE is the average amount of power that a device consumes
continuously.

Q: Can I use a 6 foot extension cord from the Inverter to a Cpap machine?
My Battery bank is 4 X 12 volt Ultra XD AGM Deep Cycle batteries.
1 Answer
A: It is fine to use a 6ft extension cord, but make sure its wire diameter is enough (no thinner than an 18 gauge). You can find the gauge specification of the wire one the wire skin. Please ensure that the rated power for your Cpap machine is also less than 400W”

Q: What gauge of wire is needed if using it further away from the battery ?
Install a 12v receptacle inside RV run direct to the battery which is outside on the trailer tongue, to use the inverter inside RV for dry camping. Could be 20 ft or more depending where there is access to install the 12v receptacle.

A: We suggest you choose the 4GA/20ft wire to connect with inverter and battery. If the wire is more than 30ft, please choose the 2GA wire.

A: "" E03 "signifie" surcharge ".
Q: alarm sound
Do you have any 200-400 watt inverters that don't have a low volt alarm ? Using it on a deep cycle battery , one I have alarm sounds when battery gets to 10.6 volts and no way to turn off alarm

A: No we do not. This is a feature that most customers like having on their inverters.
