    I first bought a pair that were highly rated and more expensive but they kept falling out of my ears even with adjustable ear caps. Bought this pair and I haven’t had any issues with them falling out. The sound is of good quality. I also like that you can find a dropped earbud easily with the app.

    I have always bought JBL product. I decided to get something that was not as expensive as my tour headphones for work. They were not what I was expecting. Was very generic. No bass. But at least they were inexpensive.

    Q: is there a tracking app that comes with these earbuds?

    • A: Thanks for your question. Our JBL Vibe Beam has a "Find My Buds" feature, wherein you can locate missing earbuds by getting a notification on the location and time of last use. You can also activate "ring" to receive a ring notification on your device when the earbuds are in range through the JBL headphone app. However, if you’re referring to tracking the earbuds and charging case through GPS or location tracking, our Vibe Beam does not have that feature.

    • A: Thanks for reaching out. It is possible to change the standby mode time with your JBL Vibe Beam. To do this, go into the My JBL Headphones app and choose the Standby Time via Auto-off function. You can adjust the time to 15 minutes, 1 hour, etc., or you can choose “Never” if you want to keep the earbuds turned on at all times. Once you set the Auto-off, the earbuds will work according to the setting whether they connect to Bluetooth or disconnect.
