Abracadabra!

Searched all over Vancouver and the internet for these. Most of the big box hardware stores don't even know what you're talking about when you ask if they carry them. Not only did I find them on CT's website, but it even identified the aisle and location within the aisle where I could find them. And there they were, as described. Plus, they do the job perfectly. Not a big money maker for the company, but this notches up my opinion of CT significantly and I'll be making them first choice when I'm looking for other hardware items.
