Cracked

I just bought this desk today. Ordered online 3 weeks ago and finally got an email notice to pick up. Service was horrible and I waited an hour at the store for them to bring it out to me. When I got it home and opened it up, the top of the desk that is already pre-assembled is cracked in 3 places and the board on one side is bent. I will be returning.

Terrible smell

I bought this desk a week ago. The desk looks goods but it smells terrible. It has a horrible, chemical smell that is so strong, sometimes I can even taste it. I put the desk outside to air it out and although the smell is less strong, it is still there. The worst part is the drawer; I can't use it, the smell is too nauseating. I have a small apartment and when the desk is inside, my whole apartment smells bad. I'm very disappointed. Also, the drawer doesn't fit properly. Terrible product.

Great, but...it smells at first!

Would be 5 stars, but the off-gas odor takes it down a notch. We have a small home so, imagine it was stronger due to this. Totally overpowering 12 hours later. None the less, it will surely cease to smell soon! Very sturdy, easy to put together and seems like good quality for the price!

I bought this desk two weeks ago. It was really easy to put together, and I'm a 70 year old woman. The quality is excellent and it fits perfectly in my space. My granddaughter wants one now!

Great value for the price. Perfect for small spaces and fairly easy to put together with good instructions (about an hour). Excellent service from Canadian Tire staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
