Dyson Light Ball Upright Vacuum.

I bought this Light Ball Upright Vacuum, and then found it is not "light" at all to use. I also had not realized that it is impossible to clean under a bed using this type of vacuum. The vacuum does have great suction, and works well on both hardwood and carpet. Not having a filter and the ease of emptying the chamber is great, but the rest is hard work!

Plug in Dyson

I bought this to use downstairs ,I am a senior and wanted a lightweight vacuum , this is my third Dyson I have one upstairs and I also had the cordless model but I found the battery goes too soon and are very expensive to replace so I find the plug-in ones last year's longer , highly recommend any of the plug-in Dyson vacuums

Q: How long is the hose and how does it compare to the canister hoses. I'm buying this for a senior who needs to clean the logs on his walls.

Q: Which Dyson has the highest suction value. Which one is best when comparing suction to price. I have mostly hardwood floors and no pets

A: Hello Glen, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson upright with the highest suction would be the Ball Animal 2. This machine offers 270 air watts of suction. More suction isn't always necessarily better; it would depend on your flooring, and whether or not you have any area rugs or other carpeting in the home. Our machines feature a self-adjusting cleaner head, which automatically raises and lowers to seal in suction across all floors. A: Hello Nick, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Light Ball Multi-Floor is a lighter weight, compact model with less suction power that the mid-size Dyson Ball Multi Floor 2. The suction on the Light Ball is 140 air watts, compared to the Multi Floor 2 which is 245 air watts. Both vacuums feature a spinning brush bar, that can be disabled during use. The cleaner head is self adjusting to move over multiple flooring types, sealing in suction. You can also shut off the brush bar, so you can vacuum on hard floors without spinning bristles. Q: Hi, how does the cleaner head perform on carpets with long hair? My previous experience with other vacuums is that the cleaner head gets jammed with hair and stops rotating, and needs to be cleaned out after every other use.

While it does not include a tangle free turbine tool as our Animal variant models do, we would certainly not expect you to have trouble with cleaning pet hair from your floors. Your machine, along with offering some of the strongest suction available in our upright line, will feature a self adjusting active base plate which self-adjusts to create optimal contact with every floor type. This reduces air leaks and retains more suction power at the cleaner head. To help ensure optimal performance from your Dyson, we would recommend regular routine filter maintenance and removal of hair from your machine's brush bar, before it's allowed to accumulate and cause any issues for you. Q: In Jan of 2019 I bought a Hoover upright pet vacuum. It broke. I called the service number on the back of the vacuum as it said do not return to store. Long story short, Hoover will replace vacuum, if I pay to have it shipped back. Is this same for u.
