i bought it and it never worked, sent it back and have not heard from anyone regarding the replacement unit

Needs work

I'm finding it doesn't get up tight to the walls. It also doesn't return to base when the battery gets low. I usually have to hunt around the house to find where it finished.

It doesn’t clean by the wall at all. Also stuck on floor vent. Didn’t had patience to babysit so returned it.

Went back to upright vacuum

We love Dyson but the robot is not up to the Dyson standard we are accustomed to. Does not map accurately will not vacuumed edges around cabinets and will not cross area rugs let alone be vacuum them. It says it is stuck. The drop sensors have to be cleaned every trip it makes and outer house is clean and I’m very picky on the cleanliness of my home. Lastly the battery does not clean but maybe a 1/4 of the house before it has to recharge then it revacummms what it already had done. Constantly had to babysit it for any or all the reasons above.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed

Used for a couple weeks and returned it! It did not work for us. Does not go over rugs very well. Having to move it by hand constantly on transition from floor to rug. Sensors were terrible. Always getting stuck and going over the same area multiple times and not doing other areas at all. Battery runs out quickly and it couldn’t find its way back to dock even when I put it right in front of the dock! Very expensive and it didn’t work!
