Brutal useless

This may me the most useless cleaning device ever made. Whoever engineered it should be kicked square in the b***z. The hose kinks constantly and the wand is made for people under 4’ tall. Useless is the best way to describe this abomination of screaming useless suction. Save your money. Buy a box of straws and a goat, same effect, cantankerous, loud, and leaves s*it behind.
No, I do not recommend this product.

J'ai acheté cet appareil voilà un peu plus d'un an et je n'ai jamais été aussi déçu d'une balayeuse. Vous allez devoir passer plus d'une fois pour aspirer un petit cailloux sur le plancher. Pour les tapis, comment dire? Le rouleau à brosse, qui devrait normalement tourner sur un tapis pour faire ce qu'il a à faire, tourne de peine et de misère et n'aspire rien au final. Achetez Dyson, Miele ou Bissell, mais de grâce, oubliez Dirt Devil!

J`ai déjà donné mon opinion sur le produit qui n`est pas satisfaisant et reçu un courriel avec le numéro de téléphone pour vous rejoindre. C`est facile mais, quand j`appelle, soit-disant que vous êtes débordé d`appels et que nous devons rappeler plus tard. Je n`appelle pas ça du service à la clientèle. Il reste quand même que je ne peux plus me servir de mon appareil. Je m`attendais à beaucoup mieux de Dirt Devil...déception totale.

Poor suction and noisy!

I bought this vacuum just about a year ago for the cottage. As it is only used maybe twice a month I expected it to last a long time. After a couple months of using this vacuum, the power head would make this horrible screeching sound and now it has just stopped. I see from some of the other reviews this is a common issue. What a waste of money. I thought maybe it was the belt, but I do not see where they even list this component for purchase and or replacement. I have area rugs that are not even very thick and it will not turn a single rotation. I checked the entire roller and tube, nothing is plugged nor is there anything hindering the roller from turning freely. Should've bought a Dyson!!!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Fonctionne bien mais bruyant

J'aime l'aspirateur car c'est très léger. Se nettoie facilement! J'ai des animaux et çà aspire très bien dans mon cas. Le seul hic, elle est très bruyante. Je suis satisfaite de mon achat (payé moitié prix)
