Leaked under sink

My Trinsic faucet developed a slow leak under the sink. Warranty was no help... after sending a new cartridge that did not fix the leak (even though I explained up front that is not where the leak was coming from). I was told that they would replace the tap and then suddenly changed their mind that is it was 'normal wear and tear' and not covered by warranty. I don't know how they could have come to that conclusion based on the information they had. I have had better warranty support from much cheaper faucet brands.

Faulty Faucet

Started leaking from underneath the sink, damaging my cabinets and flooring. Looks like they dont offer replacement parts for that portion either..

Beautiful sleek faucet

We built a new kitchen 3 years ago and after year 2 the black finish is coming off on the pull down nozzle along the edge. It is showing a copper brassy worn out finish. The faucet itself is very nice and sleek looking. Bought from a recognized dealer so I guess I will try and deal with them on replacing the nozzle. Disappointed!

Unreliable

We installed the faucet 6 years ago during a major renovation and believed Delta to be reliable brand and we liked the design. I switched to a different brand today after a second cartridge failure which also led to cabinetry and basement drywall damage.

No, I do not recommend this product.
