Warning! Do Not Buy!!!

After three weeks the sprayer stopped working and the washer will not stay in place. Looks good BUT is of very poor quality. No response from Danze customer support. I'm returning to Canadian Tire and buying a real faucet.

Purchased this because I like the look and it was on sale. After about three months, the spray function did not work when you pushed the button. Too much of a hassle to disconnect and return. I would not recommend this product.

Terrible

I am returning this product for the following reasons: Upon installation, we realized the hose dangled and would not return to the pipe. We added another weight at our own expense. The washer on the pipe would not stay on. The sprayer stopped working after one day of use. We bought a different brand and are installing it tomorrow.

Great looking faucet and works great

Just bought and installed this faucet. It was harder to remove the old rusted faucet than to install this new one. Looks very sharp and works great switching between stream and spray. Given all the poor reviews about the faulty nozzle I am concerned whether the spray / stream function will last. I always leave it in stream anyways as the spray is too concentrated and just splats water all over the place and makes a mess. Since I am not constantly switching between stream and spray hopefully the nozzle will continue to function for a long time. I considered another design but I happen to like this sleek sharp design. The brush nickel finish with long goose neck and straight lines and edges as well as the narrow handle lever just looks modern and sharp. I think the nozzle should last a long time without issues as I am not flipping between stream and spray. It stays permanently on stream mode. I can not speak for its longevity but it was easy to install, looks great and works great. It's a recommended. See pictures of installed unit.

I was upset since I bought the faucet 2 weeks ago and the spray head already broke. The button would not switch from normal flow to the spray flow. It's a great faucet, the water flow is powerful and smooth, its a nice sleek design but the worry of it breaking so early after installation, it doesn't give me much confidence in this product. As a consolation, I just finished calling Danze's hotline and they're mailing a replacement within 3-7 days. There is a lifetime warranty, the warranty is limited to replacement parts only. Here's the hotline# just in case 1-800-487-8327
