Cette sorbetière est un excellent achat, j'ai beaucoup magasiné avant de l'acheter et j'avais pas beaucoup d'attentes mais maintenant une semaine ne passe pas sans que je fasse une nouvelle recette de crème glacée : aux framboises, à la vanille, au chocolat. Les enfants adorent !

Far exceeds expectations

The instructions are easy to follow; the ice cream is delicious and so quick ... the machine is compact enough for easy storage. And there is very little clean up involved. And I love the fact that no matter what I make, I know exactly what is going into the mix. Great quality, excellent value, no disapointments!

I was searching far and wide for an ice cream maker and Canadian tire was the only store reliable enough to carry one! Product very good for price, makes good ice cream after you freeze the container component!

Gadget that comes out of the basement

An ice cream maker is one of those kitchen gadgets that doesn't live on the counter but either in the basement or in the depths of the cabinets for most of the year. That said, when I take it out once every 8 months or so, it always works!

Q: Is this ice cream machine electric or do I have to put this machine in the freezer to make ice cream?

A: The canister or bowl needs to be put in the freezer for 6 to 22 hours beforehand, however, to make the ice cream you put the bowl in the machine pour in the ingredients, turn on for about 20 to 25 minutes a you've got great ice cream. Not too loud either.

Q: Is this the same as the ICE 30 model or is there something different about it? Can it make no cream gelato too?

A: Here are the differences, both make frozen yogurt-ice cream and sorbet, but not gelato. 43-2268 is a 1.5 quart , red plastic finish ICE 30 model is a 2 quart , brushed stainless steel
