OK as hand vac, bad as stick vac

Stick does not stay in base, keeps detaching while vacuuming. During a 10-minute vacuum session, the stick fell out at least five times, and at the end, the base fell open, spilling dust all over the floor!
Suction power is good, and use as a hand vac is OK, but terrible as a stick vac.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Buy for the price

For this price, it provides excellent suction, and it is very light weight, although it does require to be plugged in.
It is relatively loud but does a great job with pet hair, dust, dirt and crumbs. A swivel head would be better.
I would highly recommend, though not for carpet as I only have 1 area rug and this vacuum does not clean it very well.
I've owned much more expensive cordless vacuums and would prefer to use this one over them.

Q: Where can I buy parts for this vacuum? The rubber thing on the vacuum head that lift the dirt on the carpet broke off. Can this be repaired or do I have to purchase a new head? If so, where can they be purchased. Thank You

Q: Filters Where does one buy filters for this vacuum if you ever need one.. The small round one on mine is torn, and I need a new one, and it would be nice also to know where to find the larger filter if I ever need one also.

A: This product carries a 1 year exchange warranty against manufacturing defects, redeemable at any Canadian Tire store. Warranty exchanges without the original receipt will be offered at the Canadian Tire store’s discretion.
